Designer & Owner
Ellen grew up in the workshop and now leads the studio, with her father's eye for design and a love of the natural world, antique jewelry, and architecture. She treats every piece as the chance to tell your story.
Our story
For nearly fifty years, the Epperson family has been designing and making fine jewelry in Cleveland, Tennessee, the kind of pieces that get handed down, reimagined, and worn every single day.

Since 1976
Epperson's was founded by Larry and Armen Epperson in 1976, and quickly became the destination for clients seeking unparalleled design and service. The studio grew under Larry's creative leadership until his passing in 2010, when Armen and their daughter Ellen committed to carrying his standard forward.
Today Ellen leads the studio. Having grown up in the workshop, she inherited her father's passion for design and her mother's devotion to every client, and a deep, hands-on knowledge of how a piece is truly made. Epperson's has since grown into a fine jewelry studio devoted to a more personal custom jewelry experience, while keeping the craftsmanship and original design that have always set it apart.

How Ellen designs
Forms, textures, and color drawn from nature, the way light moves through a leaf or a gemstone.
A love of old-world detail, milgrain, and the romance of pieces made to last generations.
Structure and proportion, so each design is as wearable and well-built as it is beautiful.
Start with a conversation, no pressure, no obligation, just a chance to talk through what you have in mind.
