Bring an idea, an inspiration photo, or stones you already love. We design and build a one-of-a-kind piece in-house, from the first sketch to the finished heirloom.

  • Designed and crafted by our own jewelers, never sent away
  • Typically 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish
  • An estimated price range at consultation, the exact price after CAD
  • A deposit begins the work and applies to your final balance

Every custom piece and renovation follows the same unhurried path. Here's what to expect.

    Discovery

    We start with a conversation, to get to know you and discover what you envision in your tailor-made piece.

    Consultation

    We examine your diamonds and gemstones, review your inspiration photos, sketch first ideas, and source new stones if needed.

  3. 03

    Design

    Ellen returns to the studio to develop the sketches and fine-tune every detail of the design.

  4. 04

    Your Options

    We present a few design variations, so you can choose the direction that feels most like you.

  5. 05

    CAD Rendering

    A photo-realistic rendering lets you preview exactly what your jewelry will look like before it's made.

  6. 06

    Crafted by Hand

    Once you approve the design, our skilled craftsmen and master jewelers bring your piece to life.
